Explore the propertiesChoose “Book on Airbnb” for live Airbnb availability and checkout, or “Book Direct” to select your dates and email the owner. Direct requests are subject to availability and a written quote. A 30% deposit is required to secure an approved direct booking. US stays are paid by Zelle. Read the direct-booking cancellation policy before requesting your stay. The owner sends a rental agreement with cancellation terms for review and signature. After you sign and accept the cancellation terms, you receive a private deposit invoice with payment instructions. The remaining balance and its due date are stated in the agreement and invoice. Your booking is confirmed after the owner verifies the deposit.
Casa Piña Bonita, Sunset Bay Cottage and Whispering Pines currently list pets as allowed. Park Shore Paradise lists no pets. Review the individual Airbnb house rules and any fees before booking.
