Privacy information

Last updated: 2026-10-12.

This page describes the current Sunshine Bay Rentals website and its public property information service. The site displays rental descriptions, photos, booking links and owner contact details. There is no account registration or payment checkout on this website. The /book page provides a date-selection calendar and an email request builder.

Browsing this website

The site code does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver the website and protect their systems. This page does not describe or override those providers' own data-handling practices.

Contacting the owner

The booking request builder processes your entries in your browser without saving them to a website database. Choosing its email button opens your email application with a prepared message; you must send it there. Choosing an email link opens an email application on your device. Information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, preferred dates and questions, is available to the owner and the relevant email providers. It is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss your stay. Avoid sending card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry. To ask about information you have sent, or request a correction or deletion, email hello@sunshinebayrentals.com.

Airbnb and other external services

Our property links take you to Airbnb. Reservations, payments, messages and account information supplied there are handled through Airbnb under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening an external service may involve its own cookies and data processing. Review that service's information before submitting personal details.

Public catalogue and questions

The public API and agent tools expose the same property descriptions and owner contact information available on the website. They do not expose guest records or accept reservations. If this website adds new collection features, this page will need to be updated. For questions about this page, contact the owner.
